I think that the romans were they most advanced of the three empires. Firstly because the Romans were so advanced, they were educated, wealthy, and healthy. Secondly, because their way of trading so well, how they build their roads, with the stones. And lastly because I generally like the Romans.
I think you had good reasons to support your opinions, but you did not bother to develop them in more details.
